We are your co-pilots and we help you figure out where it is you want to go and how to get there. Through our curriculum development, we utilize best practices which include culturally responsive pedagogy, trauma-informed practices, clear outcomes, formative and summative markers, and data-driven decision-making. We include youth in the process of defining goals and outcomes while ensuring that your programming is developed and organized. We can help you edit existing curriculum or start from scratch while building new and engaging ways to include your community in the process.
